Abstract

This research aims to know the process of the implementation of the land register in the orderly laws of land in Palopo and to know the efforts undertakenthe BPN in the land registry to embody an orderly land law inPalopo.As for the research method used is to use the type of normative legal and sociological research/penedekatan with empirical juridical, sociological, philosophical.The technique of data collection was done via the question form and interview techniques by means of purposive sampling. Next were analyzed using the theory of grounding, good data were sourced on primary data as well as the secondary data were analyzed using qualitative analysis.The results showed that the large number of parcels of land that still don't have the certificate due to a lack of public awareness about the importance of their land certificates and there are even some people have to understand about the importance of the land certificate as proof of ownership, but still do not understand about the process to obtain a certificate of the land. Even the public is more likely towait for the certificate creation en masse rather than have to take care of personally,one of these government programs namely PRONA. As for the resolution of the land through instances of BPN, which include among other things: a. the lawsuit/objections from the community; b. research and Data collection; c. Prevention of Mutations; d. Service Conversationally; e. revocation/cancellation of The Decree of the State in the field of land by the head of BPN based on the existence of a disability law/administration in the publication.
